Better customer service with a better ticket system

As part of our continuous efforts to improve our technical support and services, we are moving to a new system for technical support. Our new tech support system is easier for you to use and easier for us to achieve the excellence we strive for. Starting immediately, new support requests submitted via our Load Tester software will be directed into the new system.

The new system features:

  1. Better support through email: if you prefer email correspondence, you can reply to tickets via email and include attachments
  2. Better teamwork: you can CC a coworker to give them access to the ticket so they can follow the progress.
  3. Easier access to your tickets: logging into the web portal takes you right to your list of open tickets. The simpler, streamlined interface means no digging around to find your ticket!  Here too, you can instantly reply and add other people to the ticket.
  4. Single sign-on: If you would prefer to maintain only a single username/password, you can sign in to our portal and then press the Get Support button to log you into the support system automatically.

Our old support system will remain operational for a few weeks, as we close out old issues and redirect questions to the new system.
